The Fall before our wedding was spent just having fun with friends and family. Since I was so OCD about wedding planning, I had gotten most of the big stuff done, so I could really relax and enjoy the last few months of being engaged!

Those days were hard too because Ryan and I were just READY to be married already! It was coming up on a year since we had gotten engaged, and we were super tired of him having to drive home to his parents' house every night. But, it was such a fun season of life, and we really tried to enjoy every second.

We had a big joint birthday celebration at the end of August, and we went to the Rodeo! Such a great time...

We also drove to Oklahoma City to see my former roommate, Jey, get married to her pilot, Vinnie.

The winter brought lots of walking among the sparkly lights, and decorating the Christmas tree at my apartment! Such a romantic time in our lives...







Also in December... I found my 2nd love. The Chocolate Peppermint cupcake from Sprinkles...


We attended my office's holiday party...


We flew to Florida so that Ryan could be a groomsman in his best friend Collin's wedding! It was so fun to imagine our wedding just 3 months away! We had a blast hanging out with Collin & Shannon!




And we took one of MANY family pictures together :)
